What if my flight is early or delayed?
If you provide your flight number when booking your airport taxi, we will track your flight and adjust your pickup time if necessary. The driver will wait for 45 minutes after your flight has landed. This gives you plenty of time to clear security, collect your luggage, and make your way to the arrivals hall to meet your driver.
What's included in the price?
All taxes, fees, and toll road charges are included in our prices. When you book airport pickup, the price includes Meet & Greet, which means we'll track your flight and wait 45 minutes after it arrives. If you book a taxi to the airport (or any other non-airport destination), your driver will wait 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. You may be charged an additional fee for special requests or changes to your trip.
How do I pay my trip?
When you book your airport taxi online, you pay for it to your driver. Everything is confirmed and taken care of ahead of time, so you don't have to worry about any surprises or not having enough cash when you arrive. We currently accept Visa, American Express, and Mastercard, as well as the majority of major debit cards and PayPal.
Can I cancel my Taxi Booking?
Yes. You have the option to cancel your reservation for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Some of our partners have shorter free cancellation periods. More information can be found on your booking confirmation.
